Notheme erota angellus. 2014, Iguazu Falls, Argentina

Erota Metalmark is a smallish butterfly in the Riodinidae family. Its common name "Redondita" means "Small Round". That name refers to the shape of its resting posture.
Erota Metalmark occurs from Colombia to Bolivia. In northeast Argentina appears the ssp. angellus.
I saw only one specimen of the species in Iguazu falls and got only one picture of it.
